The 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for a family of 5. There is a small convenience store in the basement which is nice. The location is good, nearby many malls. This was our 2nd stay. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space. Hotel staff is very friendly and was always helpful.

Room was very spacious. Perfect for a family of 6. Excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They left us laundry racks without having to ask.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. We booked units of 2 bedrooms and both were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere felt relaxing and well maintained. A special mention to Pak Prema who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay – he truly made us feel welcome.

The staff is very helpful. We asked them to clean our room because we found ants, and they were very accommodating. Someone came to clean our room, although it was almost midnight. The next day, when they still found ants, they asked us if we wanted to move to another room. Also the internet was fast.

There is everything for your long stay, ideal for long business trip. Mart and mall nearby is good. There is a pool, small gym and basket court for your relax time. The staff is supportive, Afita doing her great job to support us.
