The 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for a family of 5. There is a small convenience store in the basement which is nice. The location is good, nearby many malls. This was our 2nd stay. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space. Hotel staff is very friendly and was always helpful.

The staff is very helpful. We asked them to clean our room because we found ants, and they were very accommodating. Someone came to clean our room, although it was almost midnight. The next day, when they still found ants, they asked us if we wanted to move to another room. Also the internet was fast.

There is everything for your long stay, ideal for long business trip. Mart and mall nearby is good. There is a pool, small gym and basket court for your relax time. The staff is supportive, Afita doing her great job to support us.

Room in apartment were quite good, neat and clean. Breakfast was not included in our package, Pool was excellent! This was our 3rd attempt to stay in Some set Barlian and was supper doper. We shall definately suggest all of you to live in Somerset Berlian only when ever you are in Jakarta.

the room is clean, the staff are very friendly and fast in helping us, be it if we need something from the house keeping or if we need taxi.
